SHOPAMPERE.COM Product Sales Contract

Whereas:

I - SHOPAMPERE.COM is a company primarily engaged in the intermediation of products over the internet;

II - The user is an individual or legal entity, duly registered with the NIF, with a correctly completed registration, and whose information has been validated by SHOPAMPERE.COM;

III - The user declares they are acting in good faith and possess the legal capacity to enter into this Contract, acknowledging that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions herein.

Purchase and Sale Procedures

Clause One: After placing an order for products on the online store, the user must await an email notification confirming the commercial transaction.

First Paragraph: SHOPAMPERE.COM reserves the right not to confirm the purchase in the following cases:

1. Users with incorrect or invalid registration information;

2. Deliveries outside the serviceable areas at the time of purchase;

3. Fraud, bad faith, violation of site policies, or any situation involving legal violations or illicit enrichment.

Clause Two: The purchase amount will be provided in the confirmation email. Payment methods available on the SHOPAMPERE.COM website will apply.

First Paragraph: Credit card payments may be declined due to inconsistencies. Bank slips will expire after three business days.

Rights and Obligations

Returns for Withdrawal

Clause Three: Returns due to withdrawal are allowed up to seven calendar days after receipt.

First Paragraph: The user must contact SHOPAMPERE.COM via email at shoppampere@gmail.com.

Second Paragraph: After contact, the team will provide instructions for replacement or refund.

Third Paragraph: Return approval requires:

1. The product’s return to the supplier’s distribution center;

2. The product being unused, in its original packaging, with tags, manuals, and accessories;

3. Approval by SHOPAMPERE.COM’s quality control within ten business days.

Fourth Paragraph: Non-compliant returns will be refused, and products will be sent back without prior notice.

Exchanges for Defects

Clause Four: Exchanges for manufacturing defects may be requested within the legal warranty period, per Article 26 of the Consumer Defense Code.

First Paragraph: Contact shoppampere@gmail.com to initiate the process.

Second Paragraph: Exchanges require:

1. Return of the product;

2. The product accompanied by manuals and accessories;

3. Quality control approval within ten business days.

Third Paragraph: Non-compliant exchanges will be refused, and products will be returned without notice.

Refunds

Clause Five: Credit card refunds will be processed back to the card within up to two billing cycles. Refunds for bank slip payments will be credited to the user’s account with the financial intermediary.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Clause Six: Deliveries occur Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Delivery time starts after payment confirmation and logistics processing.

First Paragraph: Deliveries are handled exclusively by Correios, responsible for deadlines.

Second Paragraph: Deliveries may be made to third parties at the indicated address.

Third Paragraph: Delivery delays may result from:

1. Absence of the recipient;

2. Incorrect address;

3. Product refusal;

4. Change of address;

5. Force majeure (floods, natural disasters);

6. Postal strikes;

7. High demand or holidays.

Fourth Paragraph: Delivery times range from 5 to 22 business days after shipment, up to 90 days under exceptional circumstances.

General Provisions

Clause Seven: This contract complies with Decree No. 7,962/13.

Clause Eight: SHOPAMPERE.COM may cancel orders in cases of fraud, bad faith, or legal violations.

Clause Nine: This contract exclusively governs the relationship between SHOPAMPERE.COM and the user.
