Exchanges or Returns

Exchange or Return Policy:

The time frame for exchanges or returns is 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a message notifying you that we have received your returned item.

If the warranty applies, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

After that, contact your bank. Normally, a few days of banking processing are needed before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you wish to request an exchange for a product under warranty, send an email to shoppampere@gmail.com explaining the reason, and we will provide you with instructions and the address to send the item(s).

Shipping Costs:

Shopampere.com only covers shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to product defects. If the reason is a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new selected item.

Time Frames:

After receiving the returned item(s), we have up to 5 (five) business days to resolve the issue. The time frame to receive the new item will vary depending on the case and the customer's location.

The time frame for the refund depends on the payment method used. If it was by credit card, the refund may take up to two billing cycles to be processed. This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator.

Attention:

If you are sending an expensive item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Without receiving the product, we cannot proceed with the exchange or refund.
